Description
Fully customizable. The PDG Battery Charger Cabinet combines project-specific charging electronics with the integrated PDG HMI-5 operator interface in a wheeled metal enclosure. The illustrated cabinet concept incorporates a product-specific graphical display with six physical keys, a front-panel emergency stop and mains isolator, ventilation grilles, and removable service panels. Lockable castors support positioning and service access. AC input, DC charging voltage, charging current, charging power and battery compatibility are specified for the application.

Product-specific display design
The display is fully customizable for each product: housing shape and dimensions, colour and finish, bezel design, mounting, controls, graphical interface, branding and application software are tailored to the agreed requirements.

Housing & mechanical integration
The charger enclosure provides a configurable mechanical platform for integrating charging electronics, an operator display and front-panel controls. The illustrated framed cabinet uses removable front service panels, ventilated surfaces and lockable castors. Equipment supports, cable routing, connector positions and cooling provisions are developed around the charging system and its installation.
Fully customizable: enclosure dimensions and layout, materials, colour and finish, doors and access panels, mounting, cable entries, connector cut-outs and thermal provisions. The display case, bezel, colour, controls, graphical interface, branding and software are tailored to the product.
