Description
Controlled AC-to-DC conversion for DC buses, with an active front end and an application-specific integration package.
Reference specifications
Reference platform data, not a guaranteed rating of the pictured assembly. Final electrical performance, cooling, interfaces and qualification scope are agreed in the PDG quotation.
- Conversion: AC–DC active front end; bidirectional power-stage capability
- Power-stage reference: Up to 25 kW in AC/DC operation; actual rating depends on configuration
- Three-phase AC reference: 208–480 V AC line-to-line; 800 V DC-bus hardware variant limited to 208–400 V AC
- AC mains frequency: 45–65 Hz
- DC bus ceiling: 800 V or 950 V maximum, depending on hardware variant; not a fixed output voltage
- Phase-current reference: Up to 45 A RMS per phase on the highest-current variant; derating applies
- Control supply: 24 V DC nominal; 20–28 V reference range
- Communication: CAN 2.0B, 500 kbit/s
- Isolation: Non-isolated power stage; a separate isolation stage can be specified
AC filtering, precharge, contactors, protection and thermal management are defined as part of the PDG configuration. Regeneration to an AC source requires a compatible source and system controls; grid-connection approval is assessed for the finished equipment.
Customization
- Housing & connections: Enclosure dimensions, finish, installation brackets and AC/DC/control connectors.
- Electrical configuration: AC source, DC bus target, operating power, regeneration requirements and optional isolation.
- System integration: Filtering, precharge, contactors, cooling, CAN control and diagnostics.
